Andrew Cushin

Andrew Cushin is a singer-songwriter from Newcastle upon Tyne, known for his powerful baritone voice and honest, emotional lyrics. He began playing music at age 18, after the loss of his father, and was soon picked up by Noel Gallagher, who produced his single Where's My Family Gone. In 2021, he signed to Strap Originals, Pete Doherty's label, and released his debut EP You Don't Belong. His first album Waiting For The Rain was released in 2023 and spent three weeks at number one on the Official Independent Album Breakers Chart. Cushin has already performed with such great compatriots as Louis Tomlinson and Noel Gallagher. This year he released his second album, “Love Is For Everyone,” with the single “L.I.F.E.” as a precursor. His music combines influences from britpop, folk and rock, and appeals to a wide audience through the personal, compelling stories he tells.
