The 21-year-old shoegaze artist Wisp from San Francisco creates dreamy tracks that quickly reach millions of listeners. Inspired by acts like Whirr and Deftones, she made a huge breakthrough with her debut track “Your Face,” which has over 100 million streams on Spotify. With a background in violin, guitar, and piano, and a sound that feels both nostalgic and modern, she blends the intensity of emo with catchy, poppy melodies. Her first EP, “Pandora,” was released in April 2024, and earlier she also released the single “I remember how your hands felt on mine.”
